M and D Property services is a small family run business, we aim to make sure that all our customers have a first class personal service.

In business for the last 9 years we have gone from strength to strength and now have many people that we contract work out to but use only the highest standard of engineer.

Due to the fact that we are a family run business we can keep our overheads to a minimum which means we pass on that saving to our customers.

David Wood - Managing Director has many years of experience both engineering, retailing and in business, he brings, knowledge, professionalism and his dry northern sense of humour to proceedings.

Madeleine Wood - Company Secretary has many years of experience in financial administration and organisation, and brings her sensitivity, knowledge and organisational skills to the business.

Debbie Wood - IT Consultant, has much experience in supporting the business from a technical angle making sure that M and D Property Services has all the up to date technology to assist them in the smooth running of the operation.
